How do I create a plan?

Open the Map tab, tap the + button or drop a pin anywhere on the map, fill in your title, date, crew size and cover photos, and post. Other ocean lovers can then join your plan.

How do I join a plan someone else posted?

Tap any marker on the map (or open a plan from the Plans tab), then tap Join This Plan. You'll appear in the crew and unlock the plan's private chat and trip feed.

Who can see my plan's chat?

Only members of that specific plan. Messages are private to the crew — they don't appear anywhere else in the app.

What are curated plans?

Plans marked with a CURATED badge are hand-picked world-class ocean experiences from the Big Fish team. Tap one to read about it and start your own plan for that experience with one tap.

Can I rate a plan I went on?

Yes — open the plan detail, tap Rate this plan, and pick 1–5 stars. Only members of a plan can rate it. Your ratings roll up to the original experience so the community knows which trips are the best.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Account tab → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, plans, posts, comments, ratings and chat messages. The action can't be undone.

Something looks broken — what should I do?

Email us at blueocean4k@gmail.com with a screenshot or a short description of the issue. Bug reports go straight to the team and we'll get it fixed.
